**SHIPPING POLICY**

Shipping is $7.50 Flat rate or FREE over $99. If you place 2 or more orders on the same day and pay more than one shipping fee, we will refund back the extra shipping charges. Local pickup is an option at checkout-you will pay $7.50 upfront, but will be refunded when you pickup within 72 hrs from our store location. We DO NOT plan meetups or deliver. If your item is not picked up within 72 hrs, your item will be shipped and no refund given.

Our website sends you shipping updates & tracking numbers via email (check your junk folder as well). I try to ship within 3-5 BUSINESS days, but sometimes life may happen and delay me a few extra days. Please understand if that happens, I am one person and not always perfect ;)

You have the option to purchase Route Shipping Insurance at checkout, which I highly recommend. This covers your order if theft, loss, or damages occur. Once it leaves our hands and into the post office-IT’S NO LONGER OUR RESPONSIBILITY. If something happens, you had the option to add insurance to your order. All claims will be dealt with through Route. If you don’t purchase the shipping insurance-that is your risk.

 

**We DO NOT allow cancellations Once an order has been submitted, it will be shipped or treated like a return. There are multiple chances to enter a discount code, check your total amount, and not commit to an order before submitting a payment and confirming the order.
