**RETURN POLICY**

-Items more than 30% off, Sale Shed items, Holiday items, and grab bag/mystery sales are FINAL sale unless there’s a defect. FREE items & giveaways are also FINAL! 

**We DO NOT allow cancellations Once an order has been submitted, it will be shipped or treated like a return if we are notified before it is shipped. There are multiple chances to enter a discount code, check your total amount, and not commit to an order before entering payment info and submitting a payment**

You have 14 days from the time you receive your package to contact us about an return or damage. We only accept returns on shoes & clothing items, as long as they are unwashed and unworn with tags still attached, (shoes in original boxes), and in wearable condition (no sign of wear, stains or odors-stains include makeup or deodorant).

-We DO NOT accept returns on jewelry or accessories unless damaged upon delivery.

-We MUST be contacted beforehand (dirtroadfashion@gmail.com) to approve the return and MUST receive the item back with a note including your name, order number, and reason for return BEFORE you get the credit to use on our website. If you send back items without the proper information for us to process the return, or anything against the return policy, we will have to charge you to send it back to you. Once we process your return, you will get the credit in the amount originally PAID minus shipping fees, and it will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING.
